Mrs S-F and I have been experimenting in the kitchen and tasting wines in preparation of our first supper club evening. It is safe to say that the menu is now locked down and we are looking forward to firing up the range and preparing a meal of epic proportions.
Our friends are bringing the wine, and we have been supper organised by emailing out suggested wines for each of the five courses.
Menu will be posted after the evening, along with recipes and feedback from our guests will be welcome although it is likely that Sunday will be spent in recovery mode on the sofa under the weekend papers.
